Spitz - Woodbury: A Fresh Take on Mediterranean Fast Food

Awesome place! Love the original location so had to check this place out! Great space, art is everywhere. Food is delicious and staff is super friendly! We got the loaded fries to share. The Medi Bowl with chicken was wonderful! Love this food! I will be back!

Finally! I can enjoy fast food without all the guilt thanks to some of the healthier balanced options (without skipping flavor). Food is light and fresh with friendly service. Been here twice and plan to go there more so that I can explore the whole menu. Thoroughly enjoyed the items I've gotten so far on the menu which were their bowls.

This place is a great spot for a Mediterranean bowls. They also have vegan options. I tried the remix bowl, which was amazing. I’ll definitely be going back!

I order from this place regularly. I love the food. I always either pick it up or have it delivered. The only thing I don’t like is that when I order using a third party app, I can’t remove the banana peppers.... For some reason, I can customize almost everything, but evidently UberEats thinks everyone loves banana peppers. (I really, really dislike them.)

Absolutely fantastic food atmosphere and service. Worth every penny. If you’re looking for something new and super fresh I highly recommend. My new go to spot in Woodbury. Thanks to everyone in the staff for making it a great experience!

I don't often give five stars in every category, but Spitz earns those five stars in every way. The food is amazing. I love a good gyro, and it isn't that easy to find a memorable one. Spitz's gyro with their own sauce added to the expected tzatziki sauce blew me away. The pita bread it was rolled in was soft and flavorful and elevated the taste of the lamb/beef meat and fixings. I ordered that and asked them to serve the fries on the side instead of on the gyro, and it was a perfectly sized meal for lunch. I've since ordered "combo fries" which are a mixture of sweet potato waffle fries and regular fries, both which were great. The dipping sauce for the fries was unexpected and delicious. The service is great. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table, and every employee I've encountered at every visit was friendly and warm. This kind of service adds to the feeling of pleasure to the dining experience. I can't wait to go back and try something else, but it's so hard not to order this amazing sandwich. I plan to return weekly to treat myself and eat a healthy Mediterranean meal at the same time! (But I might add the probably not-so-healthy dessert pita next time!)

What a great little fast food but not fast food restaurant. You do place your order at the counter but the food is not a typical fast food fair! I loved the cute atmosphere and the staff working was very friendly. The bathroom was clean as was the restaurant. If you find yourself in the area, definitely stop on by if you like Greek food!

Absolute incredible food. Flavors over layers of flavors combined with spices, lamb, beef, chicken, loaded fries and more Fantastic atmosphere no TVs that’s awesome. They have beer and wine as well as margarita and daiquiri.
